Who we are

We are bankers with an operator mindset focused on helping startups raise early-stage institutional capital. Our experience as professionals, consultants and entrepreneurs across a range of sectors enables us to engage with insight & empathy and keeps our single-minded focus on the founders' interests in every assignment. We also extend this commitment by mandatorily putting a significant portion of our fee back into your startup as funding.

We only take on clients we would ourselves invest in – in all successful fund raises, we commit ourselves to investing a large portion of our fee into the company.
